Summary questions are open ended, comment-only
items that appear at the end of your survey. You can include
any number of summary questions. In fact, we can
set up a project for you that consists ONLY of summary questions.
What we'll need from you:
- A list of the summary questions to include
- The sequence you'd like the questions to appear in
You can use any of our standard summary questions, provide
your own list or a combination of the two. Here's a list of
our standard items:
1. What additional comments would you like
to make?
2. What else would you like to communicate to this person?
3. What is this person's most outstanding asset?
4. What do you believe should be this person's #1 priority
for development?
5. Add any final comments that you think would be helpful.
