After setting up all participants for your
project, we'll assign a relationship to Subjects for each
respondent who will provide feedback for them. Relationships
are used to group data for display in reports.
The relationship name is a word or phrase
that describes how the respondent is related to the Subject.
There's no upper limit to the number of relationships you
can use.
If you're doing a traditional 360-degree
feedback project for an individual, you'll probably use relationships
such as Manager, Peer, and Direct Report. But we can create
any number of customized relationships according to your
specifications.
When reports are printed, an abbreviation
for each relationship type is displayed next to the average
rating from that group. Here are some examples of relationship
names and abbreviations:
Self-evaluation (SELF)
Vice President (VP)
Manager (MGR)
Supervisor (SUPV)
Peer (PEER)
Team Member (MEMBER)
Direct Report (DRPT)
Associate (ASSOC)
Customer (CUST)
What we'll need from you:
- A list of the relationship types you'll use
- An abbreviation for each relationship type (maximum of
6 characters)
