Evaluating Training
1. Surveys participant reactions to improve course content,
delivery and administration.
2. Compares results of participant knowledge and skill tests
with learning objectives.
Technical Mastery
1. Shares the latest technical knowledge in training and
development interventions.
2. Discusses technical matters so that learners understand
them.
Training and Development Services
1. Makes sure that the training facilities, equipment, support
